What catering service, how to register, renew and pay?
High school students will be able to enjoy a hot meal in the cafeterias on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. On Monday and Wednesday a cold take-away offer will be offered at our points of sale in the secondary building.

The secondary school catering service operates with a badge system.
↘ How to get a badge for your child?
For students already enrolled in the Secondary cycle, the online account as well as the badge remain the same and will be active from the start of the school year in September.
For new students as well as former P5 students who are spending this year in the first year of secondary school, please send us an email to the following address with the name (s) and first name (s) of the child (s) concerned: EcEuro213GER.FMS.LU@sodexo.com
Upon receipt of the registration email, we will proceed to open an APself account and create a payment badge. This will be given to your child (ies) through the head teacher from the first day of the start of the school year. Or, if necessary, to be picked up at the school canteen office.
The badge will be accompanied by a username and a password required to reload the account via the site: www.sodexoeducation.lu

↘ How to top-up
There are two ways to top-up the badge:
Students can only eat if their badge is credited. Please therefore be vigilant and top-up in advance.
↘ Loss or theft of a badge
If the card is lost or stolen, it can only be blocked by the Sodexo manager, upon request from the card holder, or by sending an email confirming the request (firstname.lastname@example.org)
It costs €15.00 to replace the card, and the balance of the previous card will be transferred to the new one.
The electronic badge is the only means of payment authorised in the restaurant and the cafeteria. Any loss or theft must be reported to the manager's office immediately.
↘ Loss of password
Students who permanently leave the school during the school year, can contact Sodexo to have the remaining sum on their card reimbursed.
